ANTIC CORREUS - COZY APARTMENT 

In 2022, we had the opportunity to transform this charming 50 m² apartment located in an emblematic modernist building on Doctor Street. The space had been unused for over 30 years, and our intervention focused on restoring both its soul and functionality through a respectful yet contemporary approach.

A new parquet floor was installed to bring warmth, while the original woodwork was carefully restored and highlighted, preserving the character of the home. The bathroom was fully renovated with a walk-in shower, and the built-in kitchen, designed in a refined rustic style, became a central feature—both practical and full of personality.

One of the apartment’s greatest assets is its generous patio, which opens onto beautiful views of the Montseny, turning the space into a peaceful and authentic retreat.
