Can Patllari is a 300 m² house located in the centre of Breda, with a large rear garden overlooking the Montseny mountains. The main façade faces east and the garden faces west. The house is currently in very poor condition after years of neglect.

The project involves the complete renovation of the building, preserving the original features of value wherever possible. A small commercial space on Carrer Prat, formerly a barber shop, will be separated from the house and converted into a flexible multipurpose space.

The renovation will restore the house and adapt it to new uses, creating spacious and functional interiors while respecting the existing building and using materials that are in keeping with the character of Breda’s traditional houses.
