CAL DOCTOR SIMÓN

Cal Doctor Simón is a large house located right in the heart of Breda. Built approximately 100 years ago, it has two floors, each measuring over 100 m², and a total of eight rooms.

It features original hydraulic tile floors, decorative moulded ceilings and a beautiful Modernist staircase.

The property also has a courtyard of approximately 400 m².

The project involves the complete renovation of the building, with the aim of preserving as many of its original architectural features as possible.
